GLOBSEC is a global think-tank based in Bratislava committed to enhancing security, prosperity and sustainability in Europe and throughout the world. Its mission is to influence the future by generating new ideas and solutions for a better and safer world. We generate new ideas and solutions for a more stable, prosperous and sustainable world, by:

• Conducting world-class research and political insight into major threats and risks to our society.
• Driving change by engaging esteemed policy-makers and senior leaders from different sectors in our policy initiatives.

Within the Democracy and Resilience Programme, GLOBSEC has been conducting research and implementing awareness raising and capacity building activities on the following topics:

1. Countering foreign interference, hybrid threats and information warfare in CEE and beyond
2. Technology and its impact on democracy

 GLOBSEC developed several unique outputs concerning hybrid threats and pioneered out of the box approach to building resilience. In particular, the Coordination platform on countering hybrid threats involving governmental, civil society and academia or the first e-learning course on hybrid threats for Slovak public authorities are noteworthy.
