EU-HYBNET Final Gaps and Needs Event

Support us in defining pan-European practitioners’ and other relevant actors’ (industry, academia, NGOs) gaps and needs to counter hybrid threats!

We are pleased to announce that EU-HYBNET’s 4th and Final Gaps and Needs Event will take place on 12 June 2024 in Madrid, Spain. This will be an in-person event only and will be hosted by Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC) at its premises in Madrid.

EU-HYBNET is continuing its third project cycle with a Gaps and Needs Event in order to discuss and define pan-European practitioners’ and other relevant actors’ (industry, academia, NGOs) gaps and needs to counter hybrid threats.

The Gaps and Needs Event is at the core of EU-HYBNET since it will determine the priority gaps and needs on which the project will focus in the forthcoming months by identifying most promising innovations to fill the gaps and needs and recommending innovations uptake and standardisation. Thanks to your contributions, the project will deliver results matching your needs! This is the final cycle that will include a Gaps & Needs Event before the project ends, so make sure not to miss it!

The forthcoming Gaps and Needs Event is organised by the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats (Hybrid CoE) and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC).

We are pleased to announce that EU-HYBNET’s 3rd Gaps and Needs Event will take place on 28 March 2023 in Rome, Italy. This will be an in-person event only and will be hosted by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) at its premises in Rome.

EU-HYBNET is starting its third project cycle with a Gaps and Needs Event in order to discuss and define pan-European practitioners’ and other relevant actors’ (industry, academia, NGOs) gaps and needs to counter hybrid threats.

The Gaps and Needs Event is at the core of EU-HYBNET since it will determine the priority gaps and needs on which the project will focus in the forthcoming 17 months by identifying most promising innovations to fill the gaps and needs and recommending innovations uptake and standardisation. The event will also define the project’s research and training focus that will benefit EU-HYBNET network members. Thanks to your contributions, the project will deliver results matching your needs!

EU-HYBNET 2nd Gaps and Needs Event

You are welcome to participate in the 2nd EU-HYBNET Gaps and Needs Event. Support us in defining pan-European practitioners’ and other relevant actors’ (industry, academia, NGOs) gaps and needs to counter hybrid threats in September 2021!

The Gaps and Needs Event is at the core of EU-HYBNET since it will determine the priority gaps and needs on which the project will focus in the forthcoming 17 months by identifying most promising innovations to fill the gaps and needs and recommending innovations uptake and standardisation. The event will take place in two steps, to which all EU-HYBNET consortium and network members are invited to contribute. Please save the following dates in your calendars:
7th September 2021
28th and 29th September 2021

Substance and practical details of the Gaps and Needs Event will be provided no later than 13th August 2021, including registration link.

EU-HYBNET 1st Training Event (Part 1)

EU-HYBNET Consortium is pleased to invite you to its first Training event that will take place on 22nd and 29th April, from 12.30 until 16.30 on both days (CET).

The goal is to deliver training to PanEuropean practitioners, industry and academic actors to gain new knowledge and skills to enhance their measures against hybrid threats.

During the training, possible innovations to enhance European actors’ measures against hybrid threats will be tested as part of the scenarios and vignettes. This is to provide information on innovations’ potential and the recommendationsfor their possible uptake. The training includes also lectures and focuses on the EU-HYBNET’s four core themes and identified gaps and needs.
