Center of Excellence for Police and Security Research at the Bavarian Police Academy (CEPOLIS), is the research institute of the Bavarian Police Academy's Policing Department. Its interdisciplinary research team comprises 17 employees who are involved in applied research in various fields of crime as part of various EU and national funded projects (supported by Horizon Europe, Internal Security Fund-Police, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research etc.).
